Job Title

Travel Physical Therapist

Location

Gainesville, Florida

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward functional goals
Perform therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
Document patient evaluations, daily treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate safe discharge planning

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
Minimum of 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel therapy assignment experience
Experience in an acute care or hospital-based physical therapy setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
