Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting within a Level I Trauma, Teaching facility
• Manage a patient assignment typically at a 4:1 ratio, adjusted based on acuity
• Administer medications in accordance with facility quality and patient safety standards, including Barcode Medication Administration (BCMA)
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
• Remain available for weekend shifts as needed per unit scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or a valid, participating Compact RN License
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience (candidates with less experience may be considered)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Current ACLS certification (required)
• Current NIHSS certification (required)
• Current PALS certification (required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Comfort with floating to other units or affiliate facilities based on census and skill needs
