Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement individualized physical therapy evaluation and treatment programs based on physician orders and patient needs
• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting, treating a diverse patient population including neurological, orthopedic, and developmental cases
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 patients per day
• Provide advisory services and collaborate with other team members to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using EPIC EMR
• Perform duties that may include heavy lifting, extensive bending, and prolonged standing as required for patient care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a B.S. degree or higher and passage of the national registration exam
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Missouri
• Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider level)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• General knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles across a diverse range of diagnoses
• Competency in equipment used for the delivery of physical therapy modalities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and/or developmental patient populations
• Experience working with EPIC EMR
