Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, credentialing requirements, and professional standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
- Ability to fulfill a 20–26 week assignment commitment
- Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments
