Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in alignment with established care protocols
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact license may be accepted temporarily but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
Ability to fulfill a 20–26 week contract commitment
Must meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and compliance standards
