Job Title

Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Manage a patient caseload at a 1:6 therapist-to-patient ratio
Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans using Epic electronic health records
Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating every-other-Saturday schedule
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to support patient recovery goals

Required Qualifications

Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license (required at time of submission)
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care physical therapy
Proficiency with Epic charting system
Ability to work a rotating schedule including every other Saturday
Minimum of two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a rehabilitation hospital or dedicated rehab unit
Familiarity with travel contract compliance requirements and processes
