Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with established care protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required (permanent state licensure required)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Must maintain compliance with all onboarding and clearance processes before assignment begins
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient or multi-site physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
