Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Location

Arroyo Grande, California

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore functional independence
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient rehabilitation goals
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Cerner EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner EMR
Experience working in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab facility (IRF/ARU) setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel therapy assignment experience
Familiarity with IRF or ARU-specific protocols and documentation requirements
