Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Women's unit with LDRP and NICU beds, supporting labor, delivery, postpartum, and well-infant populations
Manage patient ratios of 1:1–2 for labor patients, 1:4 for postpartum and well infants, and 1:2–3 for NICU patients
Perform and interpret continuous fetal monitoring throughout labor and delivery
Assist with labor and cesarean section procedures as needed
Utilize Alaris IV pumps and document care using the CPN documentation system
Collaborate with unit secretaries, patient care technicians, and lactation staff to deliver comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
Current BLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Current ACLS certification
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Alaris IV pump systems and CPN documentation platforms
Familiarity with LDRP and NICU care environments
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
