Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Contract

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
Evaluate and treat adult patients with diagnoses including tracheostomy and ventilator dependence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team
Document patient progress and clinical findings using the facility's electronic health record system
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support patient recovery and discharge goals

Required Qualifications

Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Ability to work day shift in a full-time, onsite capacity with no weekend or call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working with patients on mechanical ventilators
Acute care level clinical background
Outgoing and collaborative personality well-suited for an interdisciplinary team environment
