Occupational Therapist (OT)

Contract | Days | Full-Time Hours | 7 Days/Week Availability (Sun–Sat)

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment goals
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
Current state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
Ability to wear a visible photo badge throughout the duration of each shift
Availability to work a flexible schedule across all days of the week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a registry or per diem staffing capacity
Ability to acclimate quickly to new clinical environments with minimal orientation
