Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Location

Hagerstown, MD

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Rotate through all LDRP roles including Labor, Triage, and Postpartum/Mother-Baby care
Manage 1–2 laboring patients per assignment in the Labor setting
Provide postpartum care for 3–4 couplets in the Mother-Baby setting
Participate in on-call hours as determined by staffing needs, typically averaging 16–20 hours per 6-week schedule
Work rotating weekends on an every-other-weekend basis, as well as some holidays
Float to other units in rotation with facility staff in accordance with facility floating policies and clinical experience

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery / LDRP experience
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Current AWHONN certification
Current FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with OB surgical recovery, including C-section recovery
Comfort and flexibility rotating across Labor, Triage, and Mother-Baby units within an LDRP model
