Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Location

Basalt, Colorado

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Four 10-hour days per week, weekdays only, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license valid for Colorado
  • Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Three to five years of physical therapy experience
  • Prior outpatient physical therapy clinic experience
