Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location
Basalt, Colorado
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Four 10-hour days per week, weekdays only, no weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license valid for Colorado
- Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Three to five years of physical therapy experience
- Prior outpatient physical therapy clinic experience
