Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Hayward, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Tuesday through Saturday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
