Contract | Days | Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to fulfill a day-shift schedule Monday through Friday
Minimum guaranteed hours of 35 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a facility-based or clinical setting
Strong documentation and patient communication skills
