Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a surgical unit specializing in ENT, head and neck, general surgery, and bariatric surgery cases
Care for patients with complex airway needs including tracheostomies and laryngectomies
Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout the surgical care continuum
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Respond to changes in patient condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions

Required Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Demonstrated experience as a surgical RN with strong clinical skills
Experience caring for patients with tracheostomies and/or laryngectomies

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in ENT, head and neck surgery, or bariatric surgery nursing
Familiarity with complex airway management in a post-surgical setting
