Job Title

Occupational Therapist - Rehab

Location

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
Develop, update, and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support patient progress
Maintain compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Proficient documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting
Experience supervising COTAs or therapy support staff
