Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington or compact licensure eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- CCRN certification or pursuit of critical care certification
