Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Contract, 13 Weeks)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting with 35 beds
Manage a patient ratio of 3:1 to 4:1 across a high-acuity emergency environment
Perform and assist with procedures including trauma response, stroke care, STEMI management, and moderate sedation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary night shift team including charge nurses, PCTs, medics, and unit secretaries
Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required
Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

ACLS certification
2 or more years of Emergency Department experience
Experience with Meditech EMR
High-energy personality with the ability to thrive in a consistently busy clinical environment
