Occupational Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Float to additional care sites as needed during assigned shift

Required Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Ability and willingness to float between worksites as required
Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience using Casamba documentation software
Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care environments
