Travel RN – Medical ICU – Nights
Location
Ardmore, Oklahoma
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in all phases of care within the ICU setting
- Prescribe and implement nursing interventions based on patient assessment and clinical judgment
- Coordinate patient care activities across the interdisciplinary team and delegate appropriate aspects of care
- Maintain professional accountability by adhering to established standards of nursing care for critically ill patients
- Operate and document within an EPIC EMR system
- Fulfill on-call requirements as needed per unit expectations
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
- Minimum 2 years of Critical Care / ICU nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Black scrubs required per facility dress code
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior charge nurse experience in a critical care or ICU environment
- Experience with Medical ICU patient populations
