Job Title

Physical Therapist – Rehab

Location

Charlottesville, Virginia

Contract | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians in accordance with applicable practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to varying schedules, settings, and patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rehabilitation or post-acute care setting
Experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Technicians
