Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Must maintain compliance with all facility onboarding and clearance processes
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
