Job Title

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location

Ada, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services primarily within a Medical/Surgical setting
Deliver patient care in an Acute Rehabilitation unit as needed
Float to Acute Rehab units based on facility staffing needs
Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using EPIC EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional goals

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EPIC EMR
Ability to work in both Medical/Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in Med/Surg and Acute Rehab clinical environments
New graduates with relevant clinical affiliations in Med/Surg or Acute Rehab will be considered
Prior travel therapy assignment experience
