Job Title

Travel RN – Operating Room / Surgery

Location

Asheville, NC

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide scrub and/or circulating coverage across a broad range of surgical service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within the operating room environment
Utilize Cerner for clinical documentation throughout the perioperative process
Adhere to a variable schedule with on-call responsibilities as required
Float to other departments as needed per facility floating policy

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience
Skill level of 3 or higher in Joint, Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular — no exceptions
Broad surgical knowledge across multiple service lines
Proficiency with Cerner documentation system

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in robotic surgery procedures
Background in burn and trauma surgical cases
Familiarity with high-volume, Level II trauma center environments
