Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location
Indianapolis, Indiana

Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services within a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic disorders
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using facility EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Float to additional units within the facility as needed to support patient care coverage
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work a standard day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Willingness to float to additional units within the facility as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ventilator and tracheostomy (Vent/Trach) patient experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Protouch and Net Health EMR platforms
- Prior experience in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) environment
