MRI Technologist

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Evenings, 4x10s (1:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
- Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images for physician interpretation
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process, including screening for contraindications
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient workflow within the imaging department
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital setting
- Hands-on experience with Siemens 1.5T or 3T MRI systems (Aera, Sola, Skyra, or Vida)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Availability and willingness to work weekends as needed
- Availability and willingness to work holidays as needed
