Job Title

Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location

Perris, California

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients requiring speech-language pathology services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic disorders
Document patient progress and clinical findings accurately using facility EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
Float to additional facility locations as needed to support patient care coverage

Required Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of California
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
Ability to work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule
Compliance with facility dress code requirements (Navy Blue Scrubs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with Protouch EMR system
Seasoned clinical background with the ability to adapt across multiple facility locations
