Job Title

Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Location

Marysville, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shifts | Onsite / Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions
Meet established department objectives while delivering individualized patient care
Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting, traveling to patient locations as required

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2007, or foreign equivalent
Active Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Valid Driver's License; must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior home health experience is preferred but not required
Comfort working independently in a field-based, patient-home environment
