Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques within an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient functional goals
Monitor and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with facility documentation and credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
Proof of license application must be provided within 5 business days of booking
Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant clinical setting
Ability to meet facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
Familiarity with contract assignment expectations and travel therapy workflows
