Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 32–40 Hours per Week | Start Time 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Manage a caseload of 8–10 patients per 8-hour shift, serving an adult to geriatric patient population
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with diagnoses including respiratory failure and related conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Participate in weekend coverage on an as-needed basis with no on-call requirements
• Float to additional locations within a 25-mile radius on a PRN basis as required

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a SNF, sub-acute unit (SAU), or hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with tracheostomy and/or ventilator-dependent patients
• Familiarity with respiratory failure treatment protocols in an acute or long-term acute care environment
• Open-minded and adaptable approach to patient care and team collaboration
