Job Title

Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location

Perris, California

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using facility EMR system (Protouch)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
Experience in an acute care setting
Ability to work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule in an onsite LTACH environment
Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
Familiarity with the Protouch EMR platform
Prior travel therapy assignment experience
