Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients including deconditioned, post-operative, and post-hospitalization populations.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic EMR.
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
• Participate in orientation scheduled on Mondays and adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including select summer holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa state physical therapy license (required).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of previous physical therapy experience (required).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Current skills checklist completed within the past year (required).
• Must not have been employed by the client facility within the last 12 months (required).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least one prior travel therapy contract completed.
• Experience working with Epic EMR.
