Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Anacortes, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Monday through Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room during scheduled day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), four days per week
Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately 4–5 shifts per month, including weekday and weekend call coverage
Respond to on-call assignments within a 30-minute response time
Participate in self-scheduling for on-call shifts following the initial onboarding period
Adhere to monthly scheduling timelines, with drafts released on the 5th and finalized by the 15th of each month for the following calendar month

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
Experience in Operating Room nursing
Ability to meet a 30-minute on-call response time requirement
Availability for on-call shifts including weekday evenings and weekend rotations

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
Familiarity with PACU workflows or cross-trained OR/PACU background
