Travel CT Technologist

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Projected Start: September 7, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of CT scans (80–100 per day) including abdomen/pelvis, chest, head, spine, brain, and CTAs
- Operate GE and Philips CT scanners in a fast-paced inpatient hospital environment
- Assist with CT-guided biopsies and other interventional procedures
- Document and manage imaging data using Meditech EMR and GE Centricity PACS
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across day and evening shifts
- Fulfill weekend on-call responsibilities as required (24-hour call coverage)
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification in CT
- Current Virginia state license (required prior to start)
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
- Proficiency with CT imaging procedures including heads, spines, brains, chest, abdomen/pelvis, biopsies, and CTAs
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Hands-on experience with GE or Philips CT equipment
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and/or GE Centricity PACS
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to adjust easily to change
