Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Telemetry)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient information and clinical interventions accurately using Meditech EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient census needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Med/Surg or Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EHR system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient populations
