Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
  • Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established care plans and clinical standards
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Float between worksites as operationally required
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
  • Ability to work 8-hour day shifts and float as needed
  • Willingness to meet standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with Casamba documentation software highly preferred
  • Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care settings
