Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Float between assigned worksites as operationally required
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans

Required Qualifications

Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, up to 40 hours per week
Ability and willingness to float between worksites as needed
Must meet standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Casamba documentation software highly preferred
Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care settings
