Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Adhere to facility-specific protocols, dress code, and operational guidelines as provided during onboarding

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (permanent license required)
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments
