Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
Meet department objectives while delivering high-quality patient care
Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
Provide physical therapy services within an acute care inpatient setting

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
Prior experience in an acute care inpatient setting
