Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Greensburg, PA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit during overnight shifts
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
Complete all required pre-start modules and orientation prior to entering the facility
Maintain availability to work every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
Current AHA-issued BLS certification required at submission
Specialty-specific AHA certifications must be current at submission
Willingness to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
Availability to work every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
Two supervisor references preferred
Prior PCU, IMC, or Stepdown nursing experience
