Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned adult and geriatric patients in all phases of care within the ICU
- Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice
- Utilize theoretical concepts as a basis for clinical decisions in critical care practice
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, prioritizing interventions for critically ill patients
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of critical care / ICU experience
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NHSS (Nursing Hours per Patient Day Staffing and Scheduling) certification
- Experience caring for a diverse adult and geriatric ICU patient population
