Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day and Night Shifts Available (3x12-Hour Shifts) | Days: 07:00–19:30 / Nights: 19:00–07:30 | Every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry inpatient setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias and heart blocks
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and care coordination
• Float to other units as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as part of the standard scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in Medical Surgical/Telemetry
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Must pass a Telemetry competency exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with 100% identification of lethal rhythms; maximum of three attempts allowed)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or academic medical center environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation
