Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required — permanent state license required; compact license not accepted
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Minimum 30-day notice required at end of assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
