Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Neuro PCU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (6:45–19:15) | 84 hours biweekly with 72-hour guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro PCU setting with a 1:4 patient ratio (occasionally 1:5)
• Float divisionally as needed, including overflow units and ED holds
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with unit protocols and standards
• Maintain availability to work 2–3 holidays, which may include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules during scheduled orientation period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in-hand prior to start date
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required — must be submitted with application
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic (EPIC) electronic health records strongly preferred
• CPI certification preferred
• Experience in a Neuro PCU or similar stepdown/intermediate care environment
