Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient physical therapy services within an acute care hospital setting
- Evaluate and treat patients across a range of diagnoses in accordance with department guidelines
- Adhere to facility dress code and all departmental policies and procedures
- Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled
- Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of Physical Therapy experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions or hits on state license
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Must have acute care experience
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona to qualify
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience highly preferred
- Level I trauma experience is a plus
