Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services within an acute care hospital setting
• Evaluate and treat patients across a range of diagnoses in accordance with department guidelines
• Adhere to facility dress code and all departmental policies and procedures
• Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled
• Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of Physical Therapy experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions or hits on state license
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Must have acute care experience
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona to qualify

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy assignment experience highly preferred
• Level I trauma experience is a plus
