Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x9-hour shifts (6:30–16:00) | 36 hours per week | No weekends, no holidays, no on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation setting
• Monitor and assess patients participating in cardiac rehab programs, ensuring safety and clinical progress
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• This is a strictly outpatient role — no floating to inpatient units; N95/PAPR fit testing is not required

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license, or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting submitted at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from any facility in the health system — local travelers are not accepted
• One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager (preferably within the last year) required at time of submission
• No felony convictions accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in cardiac rehabilitation or outpatient cardiac care
• Strong proficiency with Epic EMR to support potential test-out waiver of mandatory Epic training
• Experience working in structured outpatient clinical environments
