Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical Surgical unit with a 1:4/5 patient ratio
• Work night shift hours including every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday), at least 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per 6-week period, and maintain holiday availability based on unit need
• Document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
• Float to like units as required by staffing needs
• Maintain full availability during the first week of assignment for onboarding and orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Indiana
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel RN on a Medical Surgical unit
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background in Acute Care or Medical Surgical nursing
• Experience with Medical Surgical patient populations
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible approach to scheduling
