Contract | 20 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Projected Start: October 5, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:4–5
• Work 3x12-hour day shifts, including every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday), at least 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per 6-week period, and holiday availability based on unit need
• Document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
• Float to like units as needed per facility float requirements
• Participate in full onboarding orientation; must be available every day during the first week
• Adhere to facility dress code: navy scrubs and scrub jacket (no hoodies, non-scrub jackets, or crocs)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Indiana
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience on a Medical Surgical unit
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Flexible availability including weekends, select weekdays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background in Acute Care or Medical Surgical nursing
• Experience caring for Medical Surgical patient populations
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible work schedule
