Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: September 21, 2026 | 4 Weekend Shifts Per Month Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to laboring patients on a Women's Services unit with 9 L&D beds, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs, and a 3-bed OBED
• Support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities in alignment with individual patient preferences
• Perform unit procedures including OR circulating, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4 administration, postpartum hemorrhage management using the JADA system, and nitrous oxide administration
• Maintain patient experience scores above 75% threshold
• Document accurately using CPN and Meditech systems
• Float to mother/baby or outside department to task as needed per floating policy; maintain required certifications including ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Spinning Babies techniques
• STABLE program certification or training
• Experience with laborist or team-based care models
• Prior experience with couplet care or postpartum breastfeeding support
